Swift Racing’s trainers are manufactured using high quality materials and proven production processes, heat-cured under vacuum using epoxy resins, and, unlike other brands, even the lowest costs boats are built with a sandwich construction for maximum structural integrity and stiffness.
Sandwich construction, a method of boat building utilizing an inner and outer skin with a core material in between, is ideal for building stiff but lightweight trainers.
Training shells are offered in either Club A or Club B construction.
All trainers come with our aluminum stern wing riggers without backstays. There is the option of adding the quick release system.
Foot Stretchers: Our carbon foot stretchers are both lightweight and rigid – allowing for efficient transfer of power on the drive. They are easily adjustable for height, fore and aft position, and angle.
Shoes: There is a choice of either the standard Swift Racing shoe or the FlexFoot system.
Seats: Club A shells come with a single action, adjustable height carbon seat top. Club B shells are supplied with a moulded plastic seat top.
Custom names can be added at the factory but must be ordered at the same time as the boat. Letters will be 50mm (~2 inches) tall, in arial font, and can upper and lower case.
The hulls are light grey and the deck/cockpit can be either light grey, red, aqua blue, or yellow.
Club A trainers are specifically designed to be training workhorses.
They have inner and outer skins of kevlar and a Lantor coremat core.
