Rigger pin wedges are used to change the angle (pitch) of the pin. While they can be used to change fore/aft pitch instead of replacing the oar lock bushings, they are most often used to lateral pitch. Two pieces must be used, one above and one below the rigger block (Euro or Stern Wing) and need to be inserted in opposite directions.
