The complete cam is what holds your riggers on to the quick release base plate. It includes the cam, post, spacer, and screws. The cams will wear of the course of rigging and de-rigging but have been designed to be taken off the quick release post and turned around – doubling their lifespan. Under normal conditions, you should get about two years out of a cam before it needs to be replaced.
Two cams are needs per quick release base plate (four cams per rigger). This is the complete cam and includes the post, spacer, and screws.
