Quick Release Base Plate

The quick release base plate is a 10mm thick aluminum plate that removes the need to bolt riggers on and greatly reduces the time it takes to rig a boat. They are very useful for teams looking to decrease the rig/de-rig time at regattas or for multi-use boats that require mid-day rigger changes such as pair/doubles, quad/straight four, or four/coxed-quad.

Base plates are sold individually. Two base plates are needed per rigger and two cams are needed per base plate (four per rigger).
